Onion Egyptian Walking Perennial
Harvest the stalk greens to add pizzazz to a salad or baking dish. During the first year only harvest a few stalks being careful to leave the center stalk. The second year walking onions will produce topsets in the fall that san be planted. You can harvest a few bulbs the second year in the fall or early winter. By the third year your established perennial onion bed will multiply by bulb division and by producing topsets. .
